1. Heat a pan and pour vegetable oil. or put lard in it Turn on the medium low heat. Then add the garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
2. Add the prepared onions. Stir-fry until the shallots begin to soften.
3. Add chilled steamed rice and stir. Try to crush the rice to spread it apart. Does not clump together.
4. When stir-fry until the ingredients and rice are well combined. Pour in the canned fish and slowly stir-fry on a slightly higher heat. Then crush the fish until it falls apart into small pieces.
5. Add all the prepared ingredients. Then stir until combined until fragrant. and water from canned fish.
6. Add sliced spring onions and stir-fry a little more and it's done.
7. Serve on plates. Garnish with coriander. Place cucumber and lemon on the side.
